Who are we?
We are an unconventional brand of education specialists. Our management consists of Moniki Geldenhuys, the owner of #MathProblems? and resident GENIUS and Van Coke Industries, that handle all of our technical management and finance functions. Moniki is the only teacher at #MathProblems? as we do not entrust the fate of our learners to anyone else and take a personal interest in the development of each and every learner to achieve their full potential.
Moniki is a qualified teacher registered with SACE (South African Council for Educators). She holds a BEd Degree with specialisation in Mathematics and Science for Senior phase (Gr. 10-12) from North-West University and is currently completing her BSc (Applied Mathematics and Physics) from the University of South Africa.
She has more than 10 years experience teaching Mathematics and Science in public practice as well as consulting and tutoring for learners/students of all ages. She also has extensive experience teaching university students studying towards Engineering, Medical and other degrees that require mathematics and/or physics/chemistry.
For fun, she does a lot of research on the newest developments in teaching practices, math and science and plays with her rabbits: Fluffball, Night Fury and Sand Storm, when her brain is fried...
She is also a Certified Super-Nerd (cape not included...that would be weird...).
Van Coke Industries provides all of the management, financial, accounting, administration, website maintenance and design and and behind-the-scenes technical services to #MathProblems? and makes sure everything runs smoothly.
